Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects related to esports platform for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The candidate will be responsible for liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination, integration, and delivery of projects tailored to the APAC esports audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Lead project planning sessions, define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage relationships with vendors and partners.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Regularly report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects align with the platform’s vision, strategy, and the specific requirements of the APAC esports audience.

Budget Management:

• Prepare budget estimates and ensure projects remain within budget. Address any budget discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor project costs, analyze risks, and implement cost-saving measures.

Team Leadership:

• Motivate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are progressing as planned.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and recognition to team members to ensure maximum performance.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks, create strategies to mitigate them, and develop contingency plans.

Continuous Improvement:

• Track and analyze project performance metrics.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the esports or gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of the APAC esports landscape and market nuances.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate multi-cultural environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
