Job Description & Requirements

Responsibility not limited to:

  • Manage General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and Cash Management functions
  • Full spectrum of month end closing activities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects on payroll including payroll data review and preparation of payroll journal
  • Ensure compliance with both US GAAP and local Accounting Standards
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agent, payroll vendor etc
  • Liaise with employees with regards to payroll enquiries
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications and required Skills Sets

  • Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of payroll processing
  • Familiar with Oracle ERP system desired
  • Knowledge in US GAAP and IFRS
  • Independent, positive attitude, able to work within tight deadlines and across a dynamic cross-functional team environment
  • Able to commence work within short notice / immediate a plus
  • Working location: East (Changi)
  • Open to a contract role (6 months)
